Profile: Quality in Tourism is the official assessment service for VisitEngland.  Their team of assessors visit over 3,000 properties each and every year


Relationship:  apt were originally taken on to support the in-house team on a temporary contract for three months in October 2014.  Due to the services rendered and results achieved we have been taken on in a retained capacity.


Support by apt: 

Initially, the support provided was email marketing, delivering fortnightly member communications, including copywriting, collation, population, database management, sending and delivery.

We have since written and began delivery on a full marketing strategy, acquistion campaigns, analysis of member benefits and design & print.
